Detailed Description

Contains frame translation functions for Cartesian reference frames.

Positions represented as meters distance, in x, y, and z, from an origin Orientations represented in Axis Angle notation. The z-axis points downwards, so higher elevations imply lower z value. If embeded within a GPS frame with no relative orientation, +x will point North, +y East, and +z downwards.

All conversions to/from child and parent Cartesian frames are supported. Conversions to/from a parent GPS frame are supported.
